The client is a Fortune 100 financial services and insurance company based out of U.S.

THE CHALLENGE

The client was looking to test the performance and scalability of their application at every release. They also wanted to test the web services and various mobile applications (agent applications).

In the absence of a thorough testing environment, the client couldn’t gauge the responsiveness and stability of the application during specific workloads. They faced difficulties in measuring and validating the quality attributes of the system vis- a-vis its scalability, reliability, and resource usage. A full investigation wasn’t possible.
