Srikara Rao is the senior vice president and practice head for Cloud and Infrastructure Services. He leads all aspects of IT Infrastructure that includes Cloud Services, Hybrid Workplaces, Digital Networks, IT Security, and Service Management. He also supports the growth of business through IT and related revenue-generating programs.

Prior to joining HTC in Nov 2021, Srikara was Sr Vice President of Microland, where he led the Consulting and Professional Services portfolio apart from being the Global Solutions Head for Digital Workplace and Service Management and expanding the digital footprint by the adoption of the digital ecosystem and new technology to support the needs of the business and its customers.

Previously, during an 8-year career at Capgemini, he led various roles and the last as Vice President Global Infrastructure Solutions, IMS.

Before Capgemini, Srikara was with Infosys Technologies for more than seven years. Srikara started his career with ABB where he worked for 13 years and was part of large transformation projects.

Srikara is an IT Transformational Leader with diversified experience building solutions for industries including Insurance, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Transportation, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences, and High Technology. He has an impressive track record of creating innovative solutions, streamlining operations, building high-performing teams, and delivering significant customer-focused business results validated by successful delivery of commitments.

Srikara has a degree in bachelor’s degree in engineering, specializing in Electronics and Communications from University Visveswaraya College of Engineering, Bengaluru, India
