HTC's Partner ecosystem includes five broad categories of partners that help deliver comprehensive business solutions and support digital transformation across industries. These include: 1) Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure and GCP); 2) Corporate Partners (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, DataBricks, Snowflake, IBM, etc); 3) Vertical Specific Partners (Guidewire, SmartCOMM, Epic, Wellstack, etc); 4) Technology and Practice Specific partners (Katalon, Tricentis, Citrix, Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, Crownpeak, etc); 5) Delivery focused partnerships (eg NuSummit, Truviq, Lakeside, CCubic, TD Synnex, Hammersbach, etc). Additionally, HTC has strategic partnerships with Advisory groups (Everest, ISG, KLAS, etc) that strengthen HTC's growth, expand its market presence, and help deliver greater value to clients.
The HTC Partnerships Practice is led by Vani Prasad. A core team has been formed including Felix Jeffery, Belinda Blessen, and Dhananjayan Ramaswamy, who work closely with technology partners, business units, and Practice leaders to strengthen strategic partnerships, support partner-driven growth, and deliver greater value to customers.
The key focus in 2026 is to strengthen HTC's relationships with the Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) while expanding the overall Partners portfolio for HTC. The Partnerships Practice works closely with all Business Units (BU) and Practices to drive partner-driven growth, strengthen delivery capabilities, and create new business opportunities. Every BU and every Practice leverages Partners to accelerate growth, enhance delivery, and deliver greater value to clients.
HTC's strategy for growing through Hyperscalers is built on four key pillars: (A) Aligning with the unique Partner requirements of Hyperscalers, including competencies, solution offerings, and pipeline opportunities that support Hyperscaler consumption goals; (B) Building strong solutions that can be published on the Hyperscaler Marketplace, creating new sales opportunities for HTC and its Partners; (C) Leveraging Hyperscaler funding incentives to reduce upfront costs for prospects and accelerate project approvals; and (D) Working closely with Hyperscalers through co-sell initiatives to increase the speed of project delivery, drive cloud adoption, and grow cloud usage through deployed services.
HTC works closely with its Partners throughout the opportunity lifecycle to identify new business opportunities, support demand generation, and deliver the right technology solutions for clients. This includes collaborating with Partners on solution design, implementation approaches, pricing, demonstrations, co-sell opportunities, and ongoing engagement from demand generation through project kick-off, delivery, and completion. HTC also manages opportunities through Partner portals and HTC SalesOffice tools to ensure effective collaboration and visibility.
