The key focus in 2026 is to strengthen HTC's relationships with the Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) while expanding the overall Partners portfolio for HTC. The Partnerships Practice works closely with all Business Units (BU) and Practices to drive partner-driven growth, strengthen delivery capabilities, and create new business opportunities. Every BU and every Practice leverages Partners to accelerate growth, enhance delivery, and deliver greater value to clients.
HTC's strategy for growing through Hyperscalers is built on four key pillars: (A) Aligning with the unique Partner requirements of Hyperscalers, including competencies, solution offerings, and pipeline opportunities that support Hyperscaler consumption goals; (B) Building strong solutions that can be published on the Hyperscaler Marketplace, creating new sales opportunities for HTC and its Partners; (C) Leveraging Hyperscaler funding incentives to reduce upfront costs for prospects and accelerate project approvals; and (D) Working closely with Hyperscalers through co-sell initiatives to increase the speed of project delivery, drive cloud adoption, and grow cloud usage through deployed services.
HTC works closely with its Partners throughout the opportunity lifecycle to identify new business opportunities, support demand generation, and deliver the right technology solutions for clients.
