A prominent retail store operating in the Middle East and catering to niche markets, wanted a monitoring system to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations of their IT infrastructure. The infrastructure comprises both on-Prem and Azure components that include 600+ devices with SAP workloads hosted on Azure and the number was growing every day. They sought HTC Global Services to design and develop a centralized monitoring platform that is accessible to all team members.

THE CHALLENGE

Our client had multiple monitoring tools, yet they lacked a unified view, and finding value from the collected data was not substantiative. Azure monitoring tool was used for their cloud resources, but they needed a more efficient tool for the dynamic cloud environment. A centralized system for data visualization was the need of the hour to gain a holistic view of the health of their infrastructure.
