A prominent retail store operating in the Middle East and catering to niche markets, wanted a monitoring system to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations of their IT infrastructure. The infrastructure comprises both on-Prem and Azure components that include 600+ devices with SAP workloads hosted on Azure and the number was growing every day.
