The client’s SAP S/4HANA implementation had integration issues with their disparate third party applications. This required performing several business process and critical tasks manually, compelling the manual data entry of these details in the SAP system, and reduction of the overall performance.
The manufacturer’s key operational challenges were in the following areas:
• Disparate systems used for each line of business caused disintegration and data inconsistency
• Several business process required manual intervention. This was often time consuming, error prone, and compelled manual intervention between the various third party applications
• Reporting on real time data was not available
