Our client is a global hospitality brand with many hotels and resorts operating under their umbrella in 94 countries, located across continents.

They were focused on building an integrated and smooth customer experience through digital solutions. In this journey, the client wanted to digitize many services such as reservations, loyalty programs, free Wi-Fi, Digital check-in, keyless entry, and more through an integrated digital solution, without any human interference.

The mobile app solution was expected to enable customers to manage check-in and checkout without any human interference.

THE CHALLENGES

The enterprise was a monolithic system and migrating from that is generally an epic journey due to the size of the system and must be broken down into microservices architectural style.
