We are looking for a Salesforce Automation Tester – Sales Cloud & Copado to support Salesforce implementations through both automated and manual testing. The role involves validating Salesforce and Agent force deployments using Copado to ensure high quality, reliability, and successful releases. Experience testing Salesforce solutions with Copado is required. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative mindset, helping teams improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design, test strategies, and overall QA processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years to 10 years of experience in QA/testing, focused on Salesforce and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado.
  • Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
  • Good to have experience with the Broadridge platform.
  • Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlog.
  • Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications
  • Analyse and improve test stability and pass rates.
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team.
  • Act as an extension of the client’s QA automation team.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
  • Proven experience in migrating test cases to Copado Automation.
  • Experience improving automation test pass rates and stability and drive towards this.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Platform and having done testing for applications built on the same.
  • Ability to provide consulting-led process optimization.
  • Prior Selenium automation experience.
  • Test data management for Salesforce.
  • Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience.
