Manual QA Engineer/Tester

About the Role:

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with a strong foundation in testing concepts, defect lifecycle, and SDLC to independently manage the complete testing lifecycle — from requirement analysis and test planning to test case design, execution, reporting, and QA sign-off.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and design effective test strategies and test cases
• Execute tests, log and track defects, and drive them to resolution
• Prepare and maintain QA deliverables (test plans, test cases, testing evidence, reports)
• Provide QA sign-off based on quality criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress/risks clearly
• Participate in agile ceremonies and manage tasks using Jira

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of testing concepts, defect lifecycle, and SDLC
• Ability to independently handle end-to-end testing activities
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in agile/scrum projects
• Proficiency with Jira
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and AWS fundamentals

Good to have Skills:

• Exposure to automation testing tools/frameworks like Playwright/Selenium
