HTC’s Salesforce services enable the client to expand their customer-centric email campaigns to more countries in the European Union. These email campaigns helped them reach prospective customers and accelerate business opportunities.

THE CLIENT

Our client is a leading US based global pharmaceutical company committed to providing easy access to medicines to improve patient health.

THE BUSINESS CHALLENGES

The client was using Marketo, Marketing Automation System, for producing and executing email campaigns. As part of their business expansion drive, they wanted to extend their email campaigns to more national hubs in the European Union (EU). To support this initiative, they planned to migrate from Marketo to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Migrating to SFMC’s will enable them to swiftly handle large volumes of complex data, improve the efficiency of data management, allow complex segmentation, and run more targeted email campaigns.

Additionally, the client was using Veeva CRM and Tableau suites for data visualization and business intelligence, which required seamless integration with SFMC.
