CHALLENGES

The client was using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) version 12.1.3 along with the older version of Oracle Database and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating system (OS). To manage the changing business requirements and provide better and innovative customer services, they desired upgrading to the latest version of Oracle EBS, database, and OS. HTC Global Services was engaged to provide the entire upgrade services based on our previous track record of supporting their IT initiatives.
