Our client is a multinational manufacturer of precision and heavy engineering products with facilities in India, USA, and Germany.

BACKGROUND

The client was using custom developed third party applications for managing critical business processes such as material requirements, production planning, human resources, and MIS report generation. These applications were integrated with the core modules of SAP ECC 6.0. The client wanted to transition from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA to manage their growing global business requirements and resolve the limitations of SAP ECC 6.0 in all operational areas – sales order, material requirements/inventory, production planning and monitoring and much more.
