THE CHALLENGE

The client was using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) version 12.1.3 along with the older version of Oracle Database and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating system (OS). To manage the changing business requirements and provide better and innovative customer services, they desired upgrading to the latest version of Oracle EBS, database, and OS.
