Responsibilities

Infrastructure engineer will support and drive endpoint modernization initiatives, including one-touch deployments, automated application packaging, and scalable deployment solutions.
Responsibilities include managing and enhancing MEMCM and Intune environments, automating endpoint processes using PowerShell and Graph API, supporting Windows 11 readiness and deployments, and enabling cloud-based device management using Azure services.
The role also involves building and maintaining operational dashboards and reports using Power BI, improving visibility into endpoint compliance and health, and collaborating with teams to support secure, efficient, and modern workplace solutions.

Required Skill

The role requires strong hands-on experience in enterprise endpoint management and modern device deployment within large, distributed environments.
Candidates should have solid expertise with MEMCM SCCM and Microsoft Intune for application packaging, deployment, patching, reporting, and device management across Windows platforms.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 deployment, troubleshooting, OS hardening, driver and firmware management, and migration from Group Policy to cloud-based configurations is essential.
The position demands advanced PowerShell skills for automation, scripting, and custom reporting, along with experience using Microsoft Azure, Azure AD Entra ID, Conditional Access, and hybrid or cloud-only device management models.
Familiarity with software packaging formats such as MSI, MSIX, AppX, and custom installers, including validation for Windows 11 compatibility, is required.
Candidates should also have experience working with Graph API and Power BI to support endpoint analytics and reporting.

Desired Skill

Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus, though not a primary focus of the role.
Exposure to Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, and advanced dashboard creation using Power BI will be advantageous.
Candidates with corporate IT experience and a foundational understanding of business environments will adapt quickly.
Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator, or Azure Solutions Architect are desirable and will strengthen the profile.
