MDM Lead

Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for a with 8 years to 12 years of MDM Lead expertise will own the end-to-end design and delivery of Informatica MDM solutions, including Active OS, Customer 360, real-time integrations, ETL, IDQ, and workflow-driven data governance.

Requirements:

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

  • Lead architecture and implementation of Informatica MDM On-Premise and Active OS.
  • Define match & merge strategies, survivorship models, hierarchy design, and golden record creation.
  • Design Customer 360 UI solutions using IDD and/or custom front-end frameworks.
  • Architect and implement workflow approvals for data stewardship and governance.

Integration, ETL & Real-Time Architecture

  • Design enterprise ETL architectures using Informatica PowerCenter / Cloud.
  • Lead real-time MDM integrations using:
  • REST/SIF APIs
  • JMS / messaging frameworks
  • Third-party integration platforms
  • Ensure scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure integration patterns.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Architect IDQ solutions for profiling, standardization, validation, and monitoring.
  • Partner with data governance and stewardship teams to define data quality KPIs, workflows, and audit processes.
  • Maintain metadata, lineage, and audit trails within the MDM ecosystem.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and mentor MDM, ETL, and IDQ developers.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Participate in design reviews, governance forums, and solution walkthroughs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Informatica MDM with strong on-prem expertise.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Active OS, Customer 360, workflow approvals.
  • Strong background in ETL, IDQ, and real-time integrations (SIF / JMS / APIs).
  • Experience delivering multi-domain MDM implementations.
