Databricks Team Lead

Job Description:

- Lead the end‑to‑end development of data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and lakehouse solutions using Databricks (PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake).
- Architect scalable data solutions aligned with best practices for performance, governance, and cost optimization.
- Ensure adherence to data quality, security, and compliance standards
- Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and developers.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and promote best practices.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
  - Databricks (Genie, Lakeflow, Unity Catalog)
  - PySpark and SQL
- - Databricks certifications
