Senior Visual Designer, Illustration & Digital Product

Are you a highly visual designer who can turn ideas into polished illustrations and digital product assets?

We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer with a strong illustration background and real experience designing for digital products. This role is ideal for someone who can create original visual concepts, illustrations, and polished assets while also applying that work across web and app experiences.

We’re especially interested in designers who pair strong visual illustration skills with the ability to contribute to web and app experiences.

Role Overview

In this role, you will create visual concepts from early sketches through final production-ready assets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners and help shape digital experiences through illustration, visual design, and strong creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create sketches, illustrations, wireframes, and polished visual assets across a variety of styles
• Translate ideas into thoughtful digital experiences for web and app platforms
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design partners to bring concepts to life
• Contribute to visual systems, product aesthetics, and overall look and feel
• Present and pitch design concepts to stakeholders, including leadership
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready assets with speed, precision, and strong attention to detail
• Participate in brainstorms, critiques, and design reviews to strengthen creative outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, illustration, product design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration, visual storytelling, design range, and creative problem-solving
• Expertise in digital illustration, vector design, layout, and color theory
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience creating digital assets for web and/or app experiences
• Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and communicate ideas clearly
• Understanding of visual systems and user-centered digital design

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Figma
• Experience working across both digital and physical product ecosystems
