Overview / Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and adoption of AI and machine learning solutions that support engineering workflows. This role focuses on driving adoption of AI tools, building proof-of-concepts using low-code/no-code platforms, and translating business needs into scalable product solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as a champion for AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a product champion for AI tools and drive adoption among engineering teams
  • Identify workflow pain points and translate them into new product features
  • Lead workshops, internal demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Develop rapid proof-of-concepts using low-code/no-code platforms
  • Validate technical feasibility and user value through prototyping
  • Build business cases and define KPIs to measure product impact
  • Track ROI and report progress to leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and API teams
  • Ensure integration of AI tools within existing engineering workflows and systems
  • Partner with data teams to support access to high-quality data for model development

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong experience with Jira
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
  • Understanding of application development and delivery processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and initiative
  • Interest in applying AI concepts to improve products and processes
  • Domain knowledge in electrical, software, or systems engineering
  • Understanding of engineering systems, architectures, and communication protocols
