SecOps Engineer (MAC)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Security Analyst with 5+ years of experience to manage and administer macOS devices using JAMF Pro.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor device compliance and security posture.
• Troubleshoot macOS hardware, software, and application issues.
• Integrate JAMF with identity management solutions such as Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Support Apple Business Manager enrolment and device lifecycle management.
• Implement endpoint security controls and compliance requirements.
• Maintain inventory management and asset tracking for Apple devices.
• Create automation scripts using Bash, Shell, or Python.
• Generate reports and dashboards related to device health and compliance.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Help Desk teams.
