ServiceNow Integration Developer (ITOM & Discovery)

Overview / Summary

Meijer is seeking an onshore developer to support ServiceNow integrations and platform customization initiatives. This role offers flexibility in location and has the potential for extension for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support ServiceNow integrations.
  • Customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
  • Utilize Integration Hub Connectors and Spokes.
  • Support ServiceNow workflow automation.
  • Provide thought leadership with a focus on simplifying processes and technology usage.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and integration development.
  • ITOM background.
  • CIS-Discovery certification.
  • Experience with Integration Hub Connectors/Spokes.
  • Familiarity with basic networking, TLS, and PKI concepts.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Workflow Automation.
  • Ability to drive simplification of processes and technology solutions.
