Troy, MI | June 05, 2025 — The launch of the K2B (Keystone to Business) initiative marks a defining moment in Oakland County’s efforts to shape a collaborative, future-ready tech ecosystem. At the heart of this initiative is a network of Keystone Companies—organizations recognized for their enduring commitment to innovation, community impact, and economic growth.
As one of the designated Keystone Companies, HTC Global Services hosted the inaugural K2B Event at its Troy campus on May 15, 2025, setting the tone for what this collaboration aims to achieve. The event brought together Governor Gretchen Whitmer, County Executive David Coulter, and several regional and industry stakeholders for an open dialogue on the convergence of technology, talent, and regional progress.
HTC led from the front—welcoming guests into its state-of-the-art Innovation Lab and delivering a featured keynote, “From Insight to Autonomy: 3 Transformative Data & AI Forces.” The event drew participation from several leading enterprises, including Fortune companies powered by HTC, signalling strong momentum for Oakland County’s growing innovation landscape.
“At HTC Global Services, we see AI and technology not merely as tools, but as powerful enablers of human ingenuity and catalysts for a smarter, more efficient, and more connected future,” Madhava Reddy, Founder, President & CEO of HTC Global Services. “Our commitment is steadfast: not just to adapt to the future, but to actively build it—hand-in-hand with partners like Oakland County, right here in Michigan—for the benefit of all.”
While technology was in focus, the deeper mission was clear: to bridge enterprise and education, unlock workforce potential, and turn regional collaboration into tangible outcomes. From intelligent automation to talent empowerment, the conversations pointed toward a future shaped by both innovation and inclusion.
Vikas Bhutada, Executive Vice President – Special Projects, added during the event, “These collaborations are not just possibilities; they’re pathways to a thriving, tech-enabled community. At HTC, we’re proud to help shape this journey, and we look forward to the innovations that will emerge from this collaborative effort.”

The K2B initiative stands not just as a platform—but as a regional movement. Backed by organizations like HTC, it aims to transform Oakland County into a beacon of tech-enabled growth, strategic partnership, and lasting opportunity.
As HTC Global Services continues to grow its global presence, it remains engaged in driving impact across Oakland County. Recognized as a Keystone Company, HTC remains deeply invested in building a stronger, smarter future—by linking enterprise innovation with educational empowerment and long-term community development.
