HTC Global Services Named A Contender In The U.S. Insurance Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) Services Quadrant In The ISG® Provider Lens™ 2022

HTC Global Services is named a contender in the U.S. Insurance Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) services quadrant of the ISG® Provider Lens™ Report. This quadrant evaluates ITO service providers in terms of their ability to support business as usual for insurance organizations, their digital change journey, and their adoption of business transformation services. Providers that enable these services involve traditional, modern, and emerging technologies, including insurance-specific exponential technologies, for better business designs and transformational outcomes. It is to be noted that this is the first assessment carried out by ISG® for insurance ITO providers in the U.S. From the 30 companies assessed for this study, 28 have qualified for this quadrant.
