Prior to HTC, Romit held leadership roles at GE Capital and Wipro, where he established and scaled greenfield operations in the Philippines and China to 3,000+ FTEs, and later led BPO operations across the Americas. He also served as a senior leader at Akumin, optimizing a nationwide network of 110 imaging clinics.
