Prasanna Gunjikar is Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head for the BFSI Business Unit at HTC Global Services. With more than 25 years of experience across the insurance and financial services industries, he brings deep expertise in revenue growth, strategic client partnerships, and building high-performing teams. In this role, Prasanna leads the strategy and expansion of HTC’s BFSI portfolio, strengthening client relationships and driving growth across key markets.

Prior to rejoining HTC, Prasanna served as Chief Revenue Officer at Exavalu, where he led global revenue strategy and enterprise growth initiatives. Earlier, as Chief Growth Officer at Tegria, a Providence company, he drove significant growth, led large transformation deals, and helped guide the organization through its successful sale to investors. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles at Capgemini, HTC, Zensar Technologies, and other global organizations.
