Teja currently serves as an Executive Board Member & CEO’s Office at HTC Global Services. Throughout her time with HTC, she has held roles in HR, Strategy, and since 2017, has had a significant focus on the Marketing and Communications portfolio, playing an instrumental role in HTC’s rebranding exercises and venture into AI and ML technologies.

Before HTC, Teja has previously held various roles in marketing, communication, advertising, promotions, training, learning and development, as well as radio and public broadcasting, allowing her to bring a unique blend of skills and experience to her current role.

Teja holds a Master’s degree in Education and Management from King’s College, London, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media Communication from Michigan State University.

Teja’s personal working style encompasses a heart-centric, collaborative approach, reflecting her belief in the power of connection and shared purpose.

That said, beyond work, her meditation practice and experiential learning truly form her bedrock. Rooted in a heart-centered approach to both professional and personal growth, Teja has been on a transformative journey through Heartfulness Meditation since 2005 and became a certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer in 2017.

As a meditation practitioner, volunteer trainer, and communication facilitator at the Heartfulness Institute, her journey in Heartfulness Meditation has not only anchored her own inner growth but has also been fundamental in continuing to cultivate her leadership abilities.

In her personal time, Teja enjoys reading, writing, learning, and spending time in nature.
