Ashok Metta is the Senior Vice President for Strategic Accounts and the Automotive & Manufacturing Business Unit (BU) at HTC Global Services. With over 29 years of experience in the global IT industry, Ashok has taken on various transformative roles that have enabled customers to achieve digital transformation, implement Lean IT principles, and adopt tailored, innovative solutions.

Prior to joining HTC in 2022, Ashok held leadership positions at notable organizations such as LTIMindtree, Syntel, and Sasken, where he supported clients across various industries, including Automotive, Insurance, Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods (CGP), and Travel.
Since joining HTC, Ashok has been instrumental in driving growth for strategic accounts, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships.

With extensive expertise across multiple industries and proven strategic leadership skills, Ashok plays a pivotal role in HTC’s continued success. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Kakatiya University in India and has earned a Certificate in Global Business Leadership.
