Rajib Das is Senior Vice President, heading the Healthcare Business Unit at HTC Global Services. With over 27 years of global leadership experience, Rajib brings a strong track record in sales, global account management, and IT transformation for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, telecom, cloud services, ERP, infrastructure, and F&A domains.

Before joining HTC, Rajib led the healthcare portfolio at Wipro, managing key clients with a portfolio exceeding $120 million in annual revenue. He also served as Senior Vice President, Global Services at Mitel, overseeing a $400 million business and a 1,200-member global team. His career includes strategic leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Avaya, and Oracle, where he drove service excellence and led digital growth across multiple geographies.

Rajib has multiple professional qualifications, including ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant), ICWA (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants), and ACS (Associate Company Secretary). He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) and holds certifications in AWS, Google Cloud, and AI. His blend of financial acumen and technological expertise continues to fuel innovation and growth across HTC’s healthcare vertical.
