Rajeev Bhuvaneswaran is Vice President of Digital Transformation and Innovation Services at HTC Global Services. With over 32 years of IT experience—including more than two decades in senior leadership—Rajeev has consistently driven measurable business outcomes through strategic digital transformation initiatives across Fortune 1000 enterprises.

A long-tenured HTC leader, Rajeev has spent over 25 years with the organization, steadily advancing to his current role, where he heads the global digital team. His expertise spans AI/ML, digital experience, digital engineering, and emerging technologies and includes a unique ability to align business needs with technology innovation.

Before his current role, Rajeev served as Director of Technology from 2005 to 2017. His early career included impactful roles at Polaris, Citibank, and Atlas Technologies. Rajeev holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bharathiar University in India and is recognized for bridging the gap between strategic vision and operational execution in transformative digital initiatives.
