Gunasekaran has been with HTC Global Services for the past 20 years. Apart from the Finance and Accounting functions he handles in HTC, he has been managing the non-IT Divisions of HTC including the Financial Services (NBFC) and Educational Services (ITMR). He has 31 years of overall experience in managing Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Administration.

Prior to joining HTC, he was with Amul, Gujarat, India for about 11 years handling Corporate Finance, Audit, and Treasury functions. He was instrumental in implementing the Branch Accounting, ERP, and Systems Audit for Amul by providing domain expertise and coordination to TCS, Amul’s technology partner during the nineties.

Gunasekaran is a Company Secretary and a Cost Accountant, holds an MBA from Annamalai University, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Madras University, and a Professional Diploma in Financial Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He was one among the corporate executives selected to undergo TQM training in Japan during the nineties. He has conducted various workshops and seminars on TQM and was a guest lecturer in the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Anand and Gujarat, India for Costing and Taxation.
