Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and design scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex functional and technical challenges.
  • Lead the development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies.
  • Implement and maintain secure and reliable integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, layouts, and configurations to align with evolving business processes.
  • Ensure solution quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and structured deployment practices.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation covering design, development, and configuration decisions.
  • Partner closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to provide technical guidance and deliver high impact solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization for Salesforce applications in production.

Required Skill

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field with over eight years of hands on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Cloud and CX Cloud with recent experience delivering solutions using Lightning Web Components.
  • Proven ability to design scalable enterprise solutions, perform code reviews, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
  • Solid experience integrating Salesforce with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Apigee, as well as communication platforms like Genesys, Five9, Twilio, or similar technologies.

Desired Skill

  • Experience managing CI CD based deployments using tools such as Copado or equivalent pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, application lifecycle management, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
