This job function requires that you work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing various projects that contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives. Effectively plan and oversee projects/programs, working with cross-functional teams across various business functions within the product development area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders to align project goals with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Resource utilization: Ensure that project teams have the necessary resources for successful project execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools, and report on progress to management. Exceptional in using Jira for project management and reporting building Dashboards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support project management processes.

  • Analytical skills, Change Management, Risk Management, Data Analysis
Experience Required:
  • Specialist Exp: 8+ years in IT; 5 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Project Mgmt
Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree

Education Preferred:

  • Certification Program
