QA Lead - Asset Management and Automation

Job Description

We are looking for a QA Lead – Asset Management & Automation with 10+ years of overall testing experience, including strong hands-on expertise in test automation using Selenium and/or Playwright. Mandatory experience in the Asset / Investment Management domain is required. The ideal candidate will be capable of building and scaling QA team capabilities, with proven experience in setting up and leading a QA/Test Center of Excellence (CoE) and driving AI-enabled quality engineering initiatives. Exposure to AI technologies is preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience in Test Asset Management platforms covering Portfolio Management, Trade Lifecycle, Fund Accounting, NAV, Performance & Compliance.
• Act as a quality advisor to stakeholders; proactively suggest improvements.
• Own test strategy and quality oversight across delivery.
• Execute functional, integration and UAT testing for financial and compliance-critical releases.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL.
• Develop and maintain UI and API test automation.
• Support regression automation and CI/CD integration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and defect triage.
• Strong Asset / Investment Management testing experience.
• Understanding of trade workflows, asset classes, and fund accounting.
• Strong understanding of test strategy, automation and metrics.
• Automation tools: Selenium / Playwright / REST Assured.
• Expertise in tools such as JIRA, ALM, Jenkins and Git.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
