Meditech Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Description:

Meditech Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst to support and enhance critical Meditech Client/Server revenue cycle applications in a healthcare environment. This role is best suited for someone who can step in with strong hands-on experience supporting ADM, SCH, ARM, MRI, ABS, and BAR, along with related integrations such as 3M and Experian.

You will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting the systems that support registration, scheduling, billing, and revenue cycle operations, while partnering with users, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues, support upgrades, and improve system performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Support, troubleshoot, and maintain Meditech Client/Server Revenue Cycle modules, including ADM, SCH, ABS, BAR, ARM, and MRI
  • Support and troubleshoot 3M and Experian integrations with Meditech
  • Handle break/fix issues, system changes, testing, upgrades, and ongoing application maintenance
  • Support workflows related to registration, scheduling, billing, and patient access
  • Document build, changes, testing, and issue resolution activities
  • Work closely with users, vendors, and internal teams to resolve application and system issues
  • Participate in after-hours on-call support as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience supporting Meditech Client/Server Revenue Cycle modules
  • Direct experience with ADM, SCH, ABS, BAR, ARM, and MRI
  • Experience supporting 3M and Experian in a Meditech environment
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, including registration, scheduling, and billing
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Healthcare industry experience required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Meditech 5.66 or higher
  • Experience supporting Meditech upgrades
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing system
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, security, and change control practices
