Overview / Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Fraud and AML platforms by reviewing data-impacting changes, defining data requirements, and ensuring accurate data mappings. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and source system owners to translate requirements into actionable documentation and support development teams throughout implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze data-impacting changes across Fraud and AML platforms
  • Understand what is changing, data sources, and downstream impacts
  • Collaborate with source system owners and business stakeholders to gather data requirements
  • Translate requirements into clear, actionable mapping documents
  • Create and maintain source-to-target data mappings with documented transformation logic and acceptance criteria
  • Write detailed JIRA stories covering business value, mapping changes, data onboarding steps, and expected platform impact
  • Assess the impact of new data sources, product changes, or business enhancements on screening and detection platforms
  • Hand off refined requirements to scrum teams and provide clarification during development and testing
  • Identify and flag data quality issues at the source

Required Qualifications

  • Experience reviewing and analyzing data-impacting changes
  • Ability to gather and translate data requirements into mapping documents
  • Experience creating and maintaining source-to-target data mappings
  • Ability to document transformation logic and acceptance criteria
  • Experience writing detailed JIRA stories
  • Understanding of Fraud and AML platforms
  • Ability to assess impacts of data and product changes on screening and detection platforms
  • Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ability to identify data quality issues
