UX Designer (Figma) - Senior

Job Description:

We are seeking a UX Designer to provide visual design direction and create digital user experience solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality digital artifacts aligned with established design standards and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide digital asset and overall visual design direction for digital user experience work
  • Produce digital artifacts based on inputs from multi-disciplinary teams while adhering to digital style guides and standards
  • Support visual concepting efforts across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Create clean, creative digital visuals aligned with brand strategy
  • Articulate UX concepts and solutions and advocate for customer-centric design approaches
  • Ensure visual design aligns with product requirements, objectives, and timelines
  • Apply strong graphic design skills with attention to detail
  • Execute digital experience design work from concept through production

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a UX Designer
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Strong graphic design skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to articulate UX concepts and solutions
  • Experience producing digital visuals aligned with brand strategy
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
