Business Program & Project Management Associate – Storage Services

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a Business Program & Project Management Associate to support storage services operations and project activities. This role will assist with planning, asset management, reporting, infrastructure coordination, and ongoing support activities related to storage and data protection services. The position also involves collaboration with IT teams, vendor coordination, and financial and capacity planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Storage as a Service (StaaS) and Data Protection as a Service (DpaaS) activities
  • Assist with Jira planning and tracking of epics, user stories, and tasks
  • Support asset management activities, including leasing and service contracts
  • Assist with current and future planning activities supporting global storage service expansion
  • Support installation of new hardware and removal of end-of-life equipment
  • Assist with planning and installing fiber connections to new devices
  • Complete connections originating from server team requests
  • Troubleshoot issues within the server-connected environment
  • Support financial and capacity planning and reporting activities
  • Coordinate installation and decommissioning of storage devices and storage arrays when required

Required Qualifications

  • Associate-level experience with 2+ years in IT
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience using Jira
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present findings to management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated integrity in all actions
  • Understanding of financial processes and methodologies
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. if needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of procurement and project management processes
  • Familiarity with data center layouts and building access procedures
  • Knowledge of storage fiber infrastructure, including fiber optic connections and planning
  • Experience working with Cisco MDS switches
  • Familiarity with vendor connection requirements and power connectivity
  • Experience coordinating installation and decommissioning activities for storage devices
