The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in technology, business analysis, data, systems thinking, documentation, and cross-functional communication. • Assist with troubleshooting system issues, documenting root causes, and coordinating resolution with technical teams.

  • Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, requirements documents, user guides, data mapping, system notes, and support materials.

  • Support reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and business insights as needed.

  • Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, deployments, and production support activities.

  • Participate in project meetings, document decisions, track action items, and provide status updates to project teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business operations, IT, data, infrastructure, application development, security, and vendor partners.

  • Learn organizational systems, standards, tools, and processes while continuing to build technical and business analysis capability.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of an internship, graduate program, rotational program, academic project, or early-career work experience in IT, systems analysis, business analysis, data analytics, application support, or technology project support.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes and system functionality.

  • Ability to gather requirements, ask good questions, document findings, and translate business needs into clear technical or functional notes.

  • Basic understanding of databases, SQL, reporting tools, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.

  • Ability to support testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support activities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing business and technology priorities.

  • Experience or academic exposure to automotive, manufacturing, supply chain, customer experience, connected vehicle, mobility, or enterprise IT environments.

  • Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar.

  • Experience supporting Voice of the Customer, customer data, product quality, operations, business reporting, or process improvement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, UAT, defect management, change management, or IT service management concepts.
