Technical Program Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on payment systems, product operations, automation, and data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for planning and executing programs, improving operational efficiency through automation, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project and program plans, defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with product roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale AI-driven automation solutions that streamline manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate collaboration between internal Product, Engineering, Operations teams, and external payment partners.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and progress to stakeholders and leadership using data and analytics dashboards.
- Ensure project objectives and deliverables are completed within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and resource constraints.
- Configure, analyze, and interpret operational and transactional data to solve complex business problems and develop executive dashboards.
- Identify technical, operational, and financial risks related to payment processing and develop mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payment systems, transactional workflows, and customer checkout experiences.
- Support product lifecycle activities, including defining user stories, maintaining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes using AI tools and workflow automation.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate data into actionable business insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 6+ years of IT experience.
- 3+ years of Program Management experience.
- Strong Project Management expertise.
- Experience with Product Management, including product lifecycle support, user stories, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience implementing automation solutions using AI tools and workflow automation.
- Experience designing and maintaining data analytics dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Knowledge of payment processing, transactional workflows, and customer checkout experiences.
- Experience using project management and analytics tools such as Jira and Power BI.
- Familiarity with payment platforms and payment processing technologies.
