Service Now Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Developer professional to join our team and lead Security, Legal, and Risk management initiatives using the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on ensuring compliance, strengthening risk posture, and supporting governance processes while driving efficiency through ServiceNow.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in risk, compliance, or security roles.
• Manage and enhance ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.
• Support audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Oversee risk assessments, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to align IT processes with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across IT and business functions to improve workflows and ensure service excellence.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow GRC and Security Operations.
• Familiarity with risk frameworks.
• Experience in legal compliance, audits, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CAD).
• Knowledge in cybersecurity, IT governance, or legal risk management.
• Experience with automation and integrations in ServiceNow.
