About the Role:

We are seeking an SAP Cloud ALM Consultant with 7 years of experience required to help define how SAP Cloud ALM should be used as the primary platform for operational monitoring, governance, and readiness across the future SAP landscape. The scope includes monitoring and alerting, transport and change visibility, BTP service oversight, security monitoring and SIEM-related considerations, and the transition from project delivery into stable operations. The consultant will help ensure these capabilities are defined early and aligned with SAP best practices for Cloud ALM and RISE with SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Define the use of SAP Cloud ALM for operational monitoring, including application, integration, job, and business process monitoring.
• Provide recommendations for alerts, event visibility, and health monitoring.
• Define how SAP Cloud ALM should support transport and change oversight, including SAP Cloud Transport Management visibility.
•  Assess change and deployment governance across BTP and S/4HANA-related scenarios.
• Support CI/CD operational readiness, including visibility and support considerations for CI/CD-enabled delivery flows.
• Provide recommendations for security monitoring, logging, alerting, SIEM integration considerations, and operational controls for post-go-live support.
• Define how SAP Cloud ALM should support SAP BTP-related operations, including oversight of relevant services such as Datasphere, SAC and others
• Support go-live and post-go-live readiness, aligned with RISE with SAP.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in SAP Cloud ALM, including monitoring, alerting, governance, and operations readiness for both Health Monitoring and Implementation
• Experience with RISE with SAP and SAP best-practice operating models.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP operational support, including relevant services such as Datasphere.
• Experience with transport and change visibility, including SAP Cloud Transport Management and CI/CD-enabled delivery flows.
• Understanding of security monitoring, logging, alerting, SIEM integration considerations, and post-go-live operational controls.
• Ability to provide a current-state assessment, best-practice recommendations, target operating approach, gap and risk assessment, and prioritized actions to strengthen OPS readiness before go-live.
• Expected deliverables include a current-state assessment, best-practice recommendations for SAP Cloud ALM, a target operating approach for monitoring, governance, and operational controls, a gap and risk assessment, and recommended actions and priorities to strengthen OPS readiness before go-live.
