Senior Workday Integration Developer/Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer / Consultant with 8+ Years IT Experience and 5+ Years Workday Integration experience. Strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs to deliver scalable integration solutions across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
• Support integration testing, deployments, and Workday release activities.
• Create and maintain technical design, deployment, and support documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Web Services.
• Experience integrating Workday with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity Management, or Finance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Integration Certification and/or Studio Certification.
• Experience with global Workday implementations and support.
• Knowledge of API-led architecture and cloud integration patterns.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Workday Extend exposure, Prism Analytics, Workday Security, Azure/AWS integration experience.
