About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Workday QA/QC Consultant to 8+ Years QA Experience and 5+ Years Workday Testing experience to support quality assurance activities across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Financials, and Integrations. The candidate will be responsible for test planning, test execution, defect management and ensuring high-quality Workday implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday applications and integrations.
- Validate Workday business processes, reports, security roles, and integrations.
- Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with functional, integration, and business teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Support Workday releases and enhancement testing activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of Workday testing experience.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Financials.
- Experience testing Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, APIs).
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Certification or Workday project experience.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have:
- Workday Extend testing experience, Workday Security validation, Payroll testing, and data reconciliation expertise.
