Job Title : Senior Angular/.NET Systems Software Programmer

Position Overview

Help modernize enterprise financial, HR, and administrative applications while contributing to secure, scalable software delivery. This role focuses on Angular application development, backend integrations, DevOps automation, and modernization of legacy systems supporting mission-critical business operations.

What You'll Do

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Angular and modern software engineering practices.
Design and support RESTful API integrations using ASP.NET Core and C#.
Refactor legacy applications and contribute to enterprise modernization initiatives.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
Perform unit, integration, regression, and automated testing throughout the SDLC.
Support production deployments, system upgrades, and platform improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

Experience refactoring legacy enterprise applications.
Experience with enterprise system modernization initiatives.
State or Federal Government experience.
Experience developing modern web applications using Angular and PrimeNG.
Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core and C#.
Microsoft SQL Server experience including database design, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated deployments, and environment troubleshooting.
Experience with manual and automated testing across the software development lifecycle.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting IT development and implementation projects.
Power BI or reporting data pipeline experience.
Familiarity with Azure infrastructure or cloud technologies.
Experience creating technical documentation.
SharePoint or collaborative content management experience.
Familiarity with HIPAA, NIST, FISMA, or related security and regulatory standards.
