Mulesoft Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated MuleSoft Developer with 5+ years of strong integration expertise and hands-on experience in delivering scalable and reliable API solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of MuleSoft-based integrations while ensuring high performance and stability across enterprise systems. You will work closely with development, QA, and platform support teams to troubleshoot issues, monitor system health, and maintain seamless integrations.

The position requires diagnosing technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions while ensuring proper documentation of incidents, fixes, and enhancements. You will collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and timely delivery of integration initiatives

Required Skill

• Around four years of strong technical experience working with MuleSoft integration platforms and enterprise API development.
• Solid understanding of MuleSoft architecture, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Experience working with MuleSoft connectors for platforms such as Salesforce and BigQuery.
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to quickly analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Experience working with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace to monitor integrations and system performance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non technical stakeholders and coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.
• High attention to detail with experience monitoring system logs, tracking incidents, and maintaining proper documentation.

Desired Skill

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross functional teams across development, quality assurance, and platform support environments.
• Willingness to participate in on call support and handle production issues when required.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer certification will be considered an advantage.
