Rosalee joined HTC Global Services in 2022, and brings with her over two decades of extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. She earlier held leadership positions in Mindtree and L&T Infotech.

In her professional journey, she has managed multiple roles within HR. This includes leading large teams to partner with the business for all people related strategies and global corporate functions like compensation and benefits, performance management, and rewards and recognitions.

Her personal working style encompasses a high integrity, collaborative and affirmative solution-oriented approach.

Rosalee holds a PGDBM with a specialization in HR from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar along with a postgraduate degree in Economics.
