Shammo has worked with leading organizations including AIG, American Express, Disney Streaming, L’Oréal, Marriott, and P&G, driving next-generation AI/ML solutions for customer engagement, operational optimization, and cloud data platforms. Before joining HTC, he led Digital and Data practices at Tavant Technologies for 6 years and served 16 years at Mindtree heading CX/DX teams. He holds a strong academic foundation and has built strategic partnerships with AWS, GCP, Azure, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Databricks.
