Sudheer Kotagiri is Senior Vice President, leading HTC’s HTC NXT innovation unit and Architecture Center of Excellence. With nearly 30 years of experience in enterprise technology and software development and over 20 industry-recognized certifications spanning all key areas of technology transformation, he brings deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud enablement, data modernization, and AI-led transformation.

Before joining HTC, Sudheer spent over two decades at LTIMindtree, where he led the CIO Advisory Practice and previously directed both the Digital Architecture and Central Architecture groups. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering large-scale modernization initiatives, including the global unification of Monsanto’s 32 websites, the transformation of Emirates SkyCargo’s systems for partner airlines, and the overhaul of SITA’s Reservations and Departure Control Systems.

Sudheer began his career with technology leadership roles at Monsanto and Gemplus (now Gemalto). He is a certified enterprise architect and an alumnus of the prestigious MIT CTO Program. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and remains a strong advocate for innovation-driven digital enterprise evolution.
