Vani Prasad is the Executive Vice President at HTC Global Services. With over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, Vani joined HTC in 1996, and developed the Insurance Practice, one client at a time. He has built a robust Financial Services and Insurance business unit having customers in many states across the US. From 2018 to September 2021, he also led CareTech Solutions as its Executive Vice President, for providing HealthCare IT Solutions to Hospitals and Health Systems.

Vani is a Business Management Professional with experience in leading complex business, project and program initiatives for Enterprise IT modernization. He also manages a number of technology and solution partnerships, to position HTC well in the industry for tailored software implementations. His interests are in offering Thought Leadership and Value Engineered solutions to organizations leading to better business outcomes. He has led digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement, derive operational performance, and drive cost savings.
Prior to joining HTC, Vani has led many projects in India, US and UK for various industries and involving a wide variety of technologies.

Vani earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial Management with specializations in Operations Research and Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
