TROY, MI, UNITED STATES, October 07, 2026: HTC Global Services has joined the MEDITECH Alliance as a Consulting Services Partner, expanding the strategic guidance, implementation support, optimization services, and specialized expertise it brings to the MEDITECH customer base. For many healthcare organizations, launching and maintaining their EHR is no longer a singular event but rather an ongoing process. The platform must evolve over time to keep pace with care delivery, often across several generations of technology at once.

MEDITECH customers rarely start from the same place. Some organizations run MAGIC, Client/Server, 6.0, or 6.1, while others are migrating to, or already live on, MEDITECH Expanse and Web Ambulatory. Each path raises its own questions about data, integration, interoperability, and how quickly staff are able to adapt. Because HTC supports all these environments, organizations can confidently plan their next steps with a partner who understands both their current realities and their future aspirations.

“Every MEDITECH environment has years of decisions built into it, from custom dictionaries and reports to the interfaces that connect it with the rest of the organization,” said Jen Miner, Vice President and EHR Practice Head, HTC Global Services. “Before we change anything, we map that landscape in detail. That is what lets a migration or upgrade go live cleanly and gives clinicians a system they can trust from day one.”

That attention to detail carries through every stage of a MEDITECH program. It starts with strategic planning, implementation leadership, and the project and program management that keeps complex initiatives on track. As organizations modernize, HTC handles migrations and upgrades, builds interoperability across connected systems, and runs thorough testing before anything reaches care teams. As launch approaches, the focus shifts to training and hands-on go-live support, followed by workflow optimization as teams settle in. Once the system is stable, application support and application managed services keep it performing, giving internal teams room to focus on what comes next.

Behind this work is more than 25 years of HTC experience in healthcare IT. MEDITECH certified consultants work side by side with healthcare leaders, clinicians, and operational teams, combining platform expertise with healthcare delivery knowledge, disciplined program governance, and delivery models that flex to each organization’s size, timeline, and internal capacity.

“Our healthcare clients don’t separate their technology from the care they provide, and neither do we,” said Rajib Das, Senior Vice President and BU Head, Healthcare, HTC Global Services. “What this partnership really gives them is confidence. When a health system is in the middle of a major EHR change, they need people beside them who know MEDITECH inside out and understand what it takes to run a hospital. That’s the commitment we’re making to every provider we work with.”

As providers weigh their next move, the question is less about which version they run and more about how well the system serves the people who rely on it every day. HTC’s place in the MEDITECH Alliance reflects that shift, helping organizations reduce risk, improve clinical and operational processes, accelerate adoption, and realize long-term value from their MEDITECH investment as they advance their digital transformation.
