Under this partnership, HTC Global Services will be providing comprehensive managed IT services, including electronic health record (EHR) platform support, IT Infrastructure support, and Service Desk support. HTC will also deploy ServiceFocus™, its proprietary IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, to deliver improved governance and service experience.
